m General Lockhart requires the Afridis to restore the rifles and other Government property stolen by them and to pay 50,000 rupees fine, as w.ll as have their tribal allowance from the Indian Government for feited. General Lockhart has granted tbe Aiiidis a week to consider the terms _f peace and disperse.
