Hacks shall mean horses that have never won an advertised race exceeding the net sum or value of 40 soys at tima of start (Hack and Hunter Races execpted.) RULES & REGULATIONS. In all nominations description, aga and pedigree roust be given, together with the colours of the rider. The advertised fee must in every case accompany nominations and acceptances.
