Land Sale Report.

Messrs Abraham and Williams re.port : — We bave to report) a most successful sale of the properties offered on behalf of the trustees of the I alt; A. P. Stuarf, at Levin yes-'ei-fiay. There was a large attend* a nee and every lot was keenly com* psfed for, and sold at prices considerably in exoess of the anticipations of the vendors. The result may be token as an indication of the growing favour in which this pleaBant district is now regarded. The sale was opened with the Heatherlea sections, Lot 5, comprising about IS acres in grass, befog offered first. From an opgning bty of £10 per aore, the eeotion Was quickly run up to £20 per acre, at which price it wa3 knocked down to Mr J. Row, of Longburn. The remaining sections brought from £9 to £15 per acre, the whole block averaging £11 17s per acre for bash and grass together. We subjoin results of the sale i— HeathebiiKa Bkskbyk.
