Messrs Abraham and Williams' Stock Report. At Colyton on Tuesday both Bheep and cattle mustered in good numbers notwithstanding the howling weather that prevailed, which no doubt kept the buyers away. The sheep comprised mostly lines of useful hoggets. Bidding was lifeless and most of the ■beep were turned out unsold. Young cattle sold freely. At Palmerston we had but small entries. We have no improvement to record in priceß of store sheep. Fat ewes barely maintained ruling prices. Store cattle were at rather better values and beef sold at current rates. All the cattle and the bulk of the sheep entered changed hands. We quote : — Coly ton— Sheep: Shorn hoggets, 5a 6d to 73 ; woolly hoggets, 7s 8d ; dry ewes, 5s 6d.
