Greece and Turkey.
Lord Salisbury has invited the Powers to place Greece in a position to herself guarantee the payment oi the interest upon the war indemnity loan, the Powers to take control of the Greek revenues, in order that the local requirements of the country may be met. The Ambassadors of the Powers at Constantinople have decided to ascertain to what amount the Greek revenue is assignable aa a security for the indemnity loan. The Porte proposes to abandon Trikhala and occupy Larissa, Volo and the territory forming the north eastern boundary of Thessaly. The Turkish troops will be withdrawn elsewhere immediately peace U concluded.
