An Armenian has confessed to being implicated in the recent bombthrowing outrages: The Pdrte h'd3 requested Bulgaria to disperse the revolutionary committee which exists at Varna and which is suspeoted of originating the recent outrages. Two hundred, suspects have been arrested at Oonatantidoplej and a Quantity of dynanlite has been" seirfad at Scutari. fcipain has put forward a proposal for the establishment of an international penal colony where dangerous Anarchists may be detained for life. Great Britain and France have not replied to the overtures of the Spanish Government on the matter. The other Powers have expressed themselves favourable to the scheme. The Spanish authorities in Cuba have sentenced a niece of President Cisneros, a beautiful young lady of 20, to penal servitude for life at Ceuta, a Spanish town and fort in Morocco, on a charge of rebellion. The sentence has aroused intense indignation in America. The widow of tha late Jefferson Davis and many other leading ladies are petitioning the Queen Begent of Spam in regard to the case. It is alleged that the young lady rejected the advances of General Weyler's adjutant, and the oharge is the outcome of his desire for revenge.
