Greece and Turkey.
It has been arranged that a European Commission shall administer n portion of the Greek revenue, in order to provide for the payment of the interest on the war indemnity loans. The Porte has proposed that the Turkish troops Bhall evacuate the Gree"k territory to the southward of Larissa 15 days after the signing of the treaty of peace, on condition that one-third of the amount of the wai indemnity be then paid ; and that the remainder of the territory be evacuated within 45 days after the full amount of the indemnity is paid. Germany approves the Porte's proposal. **". Tne other Ambassadors are awaiting instructions from their Govern ments.
