The miners in the Elondyke district resent the action of the Government in imposing royalties, and lerious trouble is expected in the spring. A great number of pro«peoting parties are blocked at Dye*, and at 'che head of the Yukon river. It is reported that the police de cline to allow any of them to proceed without having a v«ar*<* provisions.
