The Ambassadors faave decided to to ignore the amendments made by Tewfik Pasha to the draft drawn up by them of the treaty of peaoe between Greece and Turkey. The Porte claims that the withdrawal shall only be made on the proportionate payment of the indem nity, but the Ambassadors dissent tQ Turkey's clai'tri;.
