The Charges Against W. R. Waters.

Two more charges of falsifying the Fiery Oroaa Company's share register were preferred against W. R. Waters at the Police Court on Monday, before Mr Tho«. Hutchison, B.M. The first charge was to the effect that he did wilfully and with intent to defraud falsify the register by entering 15,000 shares as being the property of W. R. Water 3, whereas the said shares did not exist. Waters was committed for trial on the first charge — Press Association.
