» A new method of raising money at oburch bazaars has been discovered. Pill-boxes labelled " Bachelors' pills— one to be taken in a life time," are sold. When opened, the " pill" is found to be a miniature doll dressed as a bride. These boxes are Slid to sell like iced lager in the dog days to simple maidens anxious to convey a delicate hint to a bashful lover.
