Captain Edwin reports today : — Wind between North-west and West and South at all places Northward of East Cape, Taupo and Raglan, rise elsewhere. Sea and tides moderate on both coasts of both islands. Frost probable to-night at all places southward of Napier and New Plymouth, and very cold weather from thence Northward.
