A disastrous cyclone has visited Paris and its suburbs.
Although it lasted only 10 seconds, it caused enormous destruction and great loss of life, Many houses and factories were wrecked. The force of the wind was so strong that it bodily overturned oarriages.
Twenty persons were killed and 80 injured.
