Justices' Court.

(Before J. Davies and C. Dunk, * Esqrs., J.s P ) Ethel Mary de Ridder appeared to answer the charge of having committed wilful and corrupt perjury in the case of E. De Ridder t. Thynne on the 81st May last. Constable Gillespie prosecuted, and Mr Moore appeared for accused. A. Greenfield, 8.M., gave evidence from the notes he took in the case. Constable Gillespie obtained leave to recall this witness. The case waa then adjourned to next Thursday at 10 a.m. The accused was allowed out on bail. '
