An Italian cruiser fired on the insurgents who were attacking Haerapetra, on the south coast of Crete.
The Greek Admiral in Cretan waters has been instructed to ignore the orders of Admiral Canivaro (cora» mander of the allied fleets.) Colonel Vassos (commander oi the Greek land expedition) has proceeded to the interior of Crete.
The Greeks are blocading the Ambracian Gulf (or the Gulf of Arta), on the coast of Epirus, on the boundary between South-western Turkey and Greece.
Prince George, who has been in command of the Greek flotilla on the coast of Crete, has been ordered to quit that post and start for the frontier.

The Russian Government has offered Servia 120,000 magazine* rifles on credit.
Fifty- five thousand Turkish troops are now missed on the Greek frontier, while Greece will have 18,000 there shortly.
