A District Race 6hall be open to all bonn fide resideuts of six months prior to date of meeting, and the District sh sll be from Pail akariki to the Northern boundary of Horowhenua County. Nominations, accompanied by the necessary fees, and two years' pre vious performances, for the following events : 1, 2, 5 8, 12, 13, ai:d 15, shall be in the Secretary's bands not later than FRIDAY, sth March. Nominators for Bicycle Race must forward the make, weight and gear of machine. Handicaps shali be declared on Monday, 9rh March. All acceptances close with the Secretary on the ground at 11 a.m. on the da> of meeting. All disputes to bo sett'ed by the Protest Cornn»ittec, whose decision shall be final.
