A District Kace shall be open to t all bona fide residents of six months prior to date of meeting, and tho District shiil be from Paikakariki to the Northern boundary of Horowhenua County. Nominatious, accompanied by the necessary foes, aad two years' pre vions performances, for the following events : - 1, 2, 5. 8, 12, 13, and 15, shall be in the Secretary's bands not later than FRIDAY, sth Marcb. Nominators for Bicycle Race must forward the make, weight and gear of machine. Handicaps shali be declared on Monday, 9th March. All acceptances close with the Secretary on the ground at 11 a.m. on the da> of meeting. All disputes to bo settled by the Protest Comn'ittee, whose decision shall be final. Two to start or no first prize, three or no second, four or no th'rd. Competitors are requested to forward postal notes or post office orders, not stamps.
