• Messbs Abraham and Williams' Stock Report. Bince last report we have had a full list of sales. At Shannon on Friday before the regular sale took place we disposed of Mr Inge's dairy stock, bidding, doubtless warranted by the good quality of the cows, was of the briskest description, prices ranging from £3 15s to £6 12s 8d ; heifers (yearlings), 85s ; the separator £16 103 and odds and ends full value. At the Shannon yards a fair entry came forward and disposed of chiefly privately, 2 -tooth wethers, 6* 6d to 6s 8d; 4-tooth do., 7s 8d ; 2 tooth ewes, 5s 8d to 63 8d ; woolly kmbs, 4s Bd. At Palmerston all classes of stock came forward largely in excess of advertised numbers. Most of the sheep accommodation was availed of. The quality for the most part was good. Bidding, throughout was steady and prices dosed firm. The demand was sufficient to effect a total olearanoe. Miss Watts' Lin* coin rams sold readily at from If guineas to 4 guineas, averaging £3 Ids 6d. In cattle tbe entry was chiefly made of yearlings, weaners and young cattle generally. Buyers were plontiful and ready sales resulted.
