News from Pretoria states that a deadlock ha 9 occurred between the Volksraad and the High Court of Justice.
The Volksraad contends fchafc its resolutions have the force of law, and that the High Court has no right to question their validity. The Pretoria correspondent of the Tinieß anticipates that the Judgeß will resign, and that the Court will probably be closed.
