A District Race be open to all bona fide residents of six mouths prior to date of meeting, and the District shall be from Paikakariki to the Northern boundary of Horowhenua County. Noniinatious, accompanied by the necessary fees, aud two years' pre vioue performances, for the following events : 1, 2, 6. 8, 12, 13, and 15, shall be in the Secretary's bands not later than FRIDAY, sth March. Nominators for Bicycle Race must ' forward the make, weight and gear of machine. Handicaps shall be deolared on Monday, 9th March. All acceptances close with the Secretary on the ground at 11 a.m. on the day of meeting. All disputes to be eett'ed by the Protest Committee, whose decision shall be final. Two to start or no first prize, three or no second, four or no third. Competitors are requested to forward postal notes or post office orders, not stamps.
