IT IS HEREBY NOTIFIED, that Tenders for Leases, for 14 yeara, of 29 Building Sites in the above Resort at the mouth of tho Manawatu River, will be received, at this office, up to 4 p.m., on Monday, the 21st of December, 1896. The areas of the allotments range from 20 perches to two roods each. A deposit of a half-year's rent at the rate tendered and £1 Is lease fee must be enclosed with each tender.
