The Manchester co-operative delegates, who recently visited the colonies, have submitted their report to the directors. It will be discussed shortly, and a decision will be arrived at at an early date. The London County Council has appointed a committee to enquire into the management of the Works Department, where it ha* been alleged irregularities have occurred. The wool sales opened brisk at 5 per cent., an advance on October rates.
