Judgment for amount by default and costs 6«, interpreter's fee 125 6d. P. Hennessy & Co. v. J. Morgan. — Claim £2 63 7d. No appearance of defendant. Judgment for amount by default and costs 63. JDDGMENT SUMMONS. M. J. McCarthy v. John Sharp. — Claim £7 Is Bd. No appearance of defendant. , Mr Ray appeared for judgment creditor and asked that an order be made, and would not object to its standing over for one month to allow defendant to appear if he wished. Case adjourned for one month. McMillan, Rhodes & Co. v. John Anderson.— Claim £12 18a 7d. Mr Ray appeared for plaintiff. Case was adjourned to next Court. CRIMINAL. Hannah Selina Morgan v. Arthur Edwards. - Application for the support of an illegitimate child. Mr Ray for H. S. Morgan and MiBaker for A. Edwards. Mr Baker said that his client had received no letter. He applied for an adjournment for production of witnesses. Mr Ray objected, having all his witnesses present. If adjournment was granted the question of witnesses costs should be reserved. Adjourned to 3rd December. CoustabJe Gilloppie applied for a prohibition order against John Hayes. No appearance of defendant. The Constable asked for a prohibition order against the d.- fendant as he had previously been prohibited, and had again taken to liquor. Order made to apply to all hotels in Foxton, Shannon, Levin and Palmerston. Constable Gillespie v. William Hutchison. The Constable applied for a prohibition order against defendant on similar grounds. Order made to apply to Foxfcon only.
