Foreign. The Sultan has appointed five Christians as deputy-governors in Anatolia. The majority of them are Greeks. The feeling in Italy is one of resentment at Prince Bismarck's duplicity. The Emperor William has written to the Emperor Francia of Austria, explaining hia view of Prince Bismarck's revelations. A Sepoy ran amuck in Fort Sandeman, and killed Lieutenants Yeates and Oownes and two privates, and wounded a third officer.
