If distanced by first horse, second and third money wi<l be paid to the winner. All protests to be accompanied by a fee or 3 soys., to be forfeited if the protest is aoi sustained. All disputes and objections arising out of the Racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, whose dtcision shall be final, and shall not be questioned la anj Court of Law.
