Nominators must state the bona fide owner of horses. Previous performances of the horses to be given at time of nomination, also colors ot tbe riders. All horses must be ridden and driven out. If distanced by first horse, second and third money wil be paid to ihe winner. All protests to be accompanied by a fee of 2 soys., to be forfeited if ihe proest is aot sustained. All disputes and objections arising out of the Racing shaH be decided . by a majority of the Stewards present, whose d. cision shall be final, and shall not be qu stioned in any Court of Law.
