Handicap Pont Flat Race, of 15 soys. To start at 2.15 p.m. Second pony to receive 2 soys from the stakes. Nomination, sb; acceptance, 10s. Height, 14.2 and under. Minimum weight, 8 stone. Nominators must state the bona fide owner of horses. Previous performances of the horses to be given at time of nomination, also colors of the riders. All horses must be ridden and driven out. If distanced by first horse, second and third money wi'l bo paid to ihe winner. All protests to be accompanied by a fee of 2 soys., to be forfeited if the protest is not Rustained. • All disputes and objections arising out of the Racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, whose d^ision phull be final, and shall not be questioned in any Court of Law. Entries only received on this condition. To be run under the Rues of the North and South Island Trotting Associations of New Zealand.
