Ladies and Gkntlemek,— TTAVING been asked by a large number of the Electors to contest the M&nawatu Seat, it is therefore my intention to comply with the request of my friends, and as soon as Parliament is prorogued, I will take the earliest opportunity of addressing you upon some of the political questions of the day.
