Ladies and Gentlemen,—* TTAVING leen asked by a larg« number of the Electors to contest the Manawatu Seat, it is thereforo my intention to comply with the request of my friends, and as soon as Parliament is prorogued, I will take the earliest opportunity of addressing you upon some of the political questions of the day.
