Ladies and Gentlemen,— IT AVING been asked by a large number of the Electors to contest the Manawatu Seat, it is therefore my intention to comply with the request of my friends, and as soon ns Parliament is prorogued, I will take the earliest opportunity of addressing you upon some of the political questions of the day.
