The Municipal Election.
On Thursday the Burgesses iiave the privilege of selecting three out of the four oandidateß for Municipal honors. We trust some interest wilt be taken in the election as we all have a way of grumbling at the- wrong time. Any difficulties or shortcomings on the part of the Borough Council should now be discussed and the views of the candidates ascertained upon the point, and as it may be either in accordance with the views of the Burgesses or otherwise so the candidates should be supported or left alone. No particular weighty matter is attracting attention just now exoept roads, and, as is always the case, our waya seed mending. It would be well that the Bargesses showed their interest in public matters by voting as it will be a hint to the Councillors that attention is paid to their actions even if little is said about it.
