The Motoa Estate.
Mr W. Langdon, the manager of the above estate, courteously informs us that the following tenders for- flax clearing, advertised for in our columns, have been accepted, viz. : —
For the 800-acre block at Shannon Ferry— T. Lamont, of Shannon. For the 80-acre block at the Karikari—John Walden, of Moutoai
No tenders were -accepted for the block on Langley's Drain, as all were considered too high.
