President Faure unveiled the statue of Joan of Arc at Bheims amid great enthusiasm. The Turks, ignoring the terms of Armistice, aro oocupying French positions in Crete. By means of electric wires, the Cuban insurgents caused an explosion on a train carrying Spanish soldiers in Cuba. Many were killed.
