On Tuesday the debate on the Ad-dress-in-Reply was concluded. An Imprest Supply Bill for -£841,---000 was passed. The Asiatic Restriction Bill was put through all its stages, the Premier having so desired, and read a third time. The Contagious Diseases Act Repeal Bill was also put through all its stages and passed. The Second-hand Dealers Licensing Bill and the Ngatitoa Trust Bill were read a second time.
