RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. No entry shall be received for any race except upon the conditions that all claims, disputes, and objections shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom ihoy may appoint, and their decisions upon all points shall be final. 2. All protest? must be accompanied with a deposit of £2, which sum shall be forfeited to the funds if the protest is not sustained. 3.
