RULES AND REGULATIONS. ***1. No entry shall be received for any raee except upon the conditions that all claims, disputes, and objections shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decisions upon nil points shall be final. 2. All protests must be accompanied with a deposit of £2, which sum shall be forfeited to the funds if the protest is not sustained. 8. All nominations, entries, and acceptances, accompanied by the necessary amount in cash, must be addressed and delivered to the Secretary, Otaki, not later than the advertised time of closing, with performance, pedigree, and colours of the rider. 4. No entry will be received under any pretence whatever af ttr the hour named. 5.
