RULES AND"BEGULATIONS. 1. No entry shall be received for any race except upon the conditions that all claims, disputes, and objections shall bo decided by the Stewards, or whom ihey may appoint, and their decisions upon all points shall be final. 2. AH protests must be accompanied with a deposit of £2, which sum shall be forfeited to the funds if the protest is not suß'ained. 3. All nominations, ent ies, and acceptances, accompanied by the necessary amount in casli, mu?t be addressed and delivered to Ihe Sc-cre ary, 0 aki, not later than the :ulver:ised liint; of closing, with performance, pedigree, und colours of the rider. 4. No entry will be received under any pretence whatever after ihe hour named. 5. All races shall be run under the Rul'S of Eaciog a? adopted by the Mclropo'i'an Clubs of the Colony. 6 Hoi-fes walking over will only receive 50% of the stakes. 7. The Stewards reserve the right to i alter the day of meeting, the amount of added mon< y, to make any addition or alteration to the meeting at any time prit r <o the nominations becoming due for such mee'ing, subject, to the approval of the Wellinp.ou Racing Club. 8.
