lfhe Masonic Hall on Thursday evening presented a gay and festive appearance. Chrysanthemums, the now prevailing flower, in every variety and great abundance had been arranged in passes of colour all, arotijid^ other d«Wft.ti»Qf had been tastefully disposed' by skilful sister fingers, and the general effect was charming. The occasion of the special display was a fraternal visit from the Good Templa/ Lodge of Levin, •» Tbe Hope of Lwin." In spite of the severity of the weather a goodly contingent came over and were accorded a right hearty and fraternal welcome. Needless to say, tbe visitors were suitably entertaioftd, and a most enjoyable evening was Spent in tbe usual Good Templar fashion. Such visits do good t6 the visited as well as to the visitors and> it is a pity they are not more frequent. .
