Foreign.
The foreign Consuls in Madagascar, with two exceptions, have accapted the treaty entered into between France and Madagascar. The exceptions are the British and American Consuls, who have received no instructions in the matter. The Maharajah of Nepaul is preparing to invade Thibet, to exact reparation for ancient wrongs.
