Australasian Fruit Conference.

EXHIBITS FOB FBUIT SHOW. The Department will pay all freights, &c, on exhibits, and will after the Exhibition dispose of them as the owner may direct. Packages from the various districts to be consigned as follows : — Auckland — W. J. Palmer, Government Pomologisfc, Care Inspector of Stock, Auckland (to reach Auckland by April 25th.) Canterbury and Olago— J. C. Blackinore, Government Pomologist, Care Inspector of Stock, Christchurch (to reach Christchurch by April 28ih.) All other parts of the Colony — The Secretary for Agriculture, Wellington (to arrive by April 80th.) The object of having parcels sent to the Pomologists is to save expense and secure careful supervision during transit. John D. Eitchie, Secretary, Department of Agriculture.
