James Coofces deposed to missing i pair of trousers at* the Wereroa not el on Monday and laid information. Chris. Hanson deposed to having sorrowed the trousers from accused. James Diggs being sworn said he :ook the trousers by mistake from Levin. The Bench sentenced accused to 14 days hard labour. Robert Stanley was charged with laving no visible means of support. Sentenced to one month's imnisonrnent with hard labour.
