Pbogramue. — A procession of vehicles will start from the Square shortly after arrival of the morning trains from North and South about 11.45 for the Picnic grounds, where lunch will be on the tables from 1 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. On arrival at the grounds a few short addresses will be delivered from the Polo Pavilion to the gathering after which sports and games for young and old will be got off and Mr Merrick's Brass Baud will play selections of short intervals during the day.
