ACCEPTANCES For Sandon Handicap, Flying Stakes Handicap, Handicap Hurdles, Electric Handicap, and Tramway Handicap, close on TUESDAY, 10th March, at 9 p.m. ENTRIES For Maiden close on lOfch March, at 0 p.m. RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. DEFINITION OF A HACK.— A hack means a horse that has never won an advertised race to the net value of more than 40 boys. hack and hunters' races excepted. 2. Nominations aud acceptances (in proper form prescribed) must be accompanied with the necessary amount payable, otherwise they will be rejected. If nominations aud acceptances are telegraphed, the fees must be forwarded by first mail thereafter. This rule will be strictly enforced. 3. Nominations must state name, age, colour, pedigree, and past performances, where not known to the handicapper, aud colours to be worn by the rider. 4. The winner of any advertised race after the declaration of weights to the net value ot 30 soys. to carry a penalty of 51b in the Sandon Handicap and Tramway Handicap, and 71bs in the Flying Handicap. 5.
