DEFINITION OF A HACK.— Hacks shall mean horses Unit have never won an advertised stake ex3eeding the net sum or value of 40 3ovs. at time of start (hack and nnter races excepted.) in all nomination?, description, age and pedigree of horses must be jiven, together with the colours of t he rider.
