London. At public meeting held in London and New York, the feeling was strongly in favour of the creation of a tribunal to arbitrate in all disputes between Great Britain and the United States. Cabinet held a prolonged meeting yesterday on the Venezuelan frontier difficulty. The Westminster Gazette states that the Premier informed his colleagues that some of the AngleFrench disputes had been settled, and that Great Britain had been drawn closer to France and Russia.
