£29,007 *Thiß sum includes a loss which, it has since been ascertained, should have been provided for in the previous year's balance sheet. The motion for the adopMon of the balance-sheet was seconded by Mr Udy and carried. Mr Wilberfoas was appointed Auditor the salary being fixed at £10. It was resolved that the remun era tion for the directors be one pound per day and expenses out of pocket. It was proposal by the Chairman, seconded by Mr Dixon—•• That the deficiency of £4028 15s 8d be made good by a reclamation on all suppliers to the Union of season 1894-5 such reclamation to be calculated and made on milk supplied during the months of November to May of the past season. The payments to be spread over two seasons for those who are now suppliers, but in thp case of those who have discontinued the reclamation to be now due and payable." The resolution was carried without opposition' This concluded the business of the adjourned annual meeting.
