DEFINITION OF A HACK.— Hacks shall mean horses that have never won an advertised stake exceeding the net sum or value of 40 iovs. at time of start (hack and unter races excepted.) la all nominations, description, age and pedigree of horses must be liven, together with the colours of the rider. The Committee reserve the right to alter any of the above dates. The advertised| t fee must in every case accompany nominations and acceptances. All races to be run uuder the " Rules of Racing."
