George Nye, executor in the estate of the late C. Honore v. Wi Hemara. —Claim, £81 18s 6d. Defendant was examined and admitted having paid away several large sums of money since judgment was given. He was unable at present time to make any offer of settlement. Case adjourned by the Court to February next, in order to give the defendant an opportunity of settling the claim. CRIMINAL. Agnes Allen v. Ernest Allen. Application under the "Destitute Persons Act," for maintenance. Defendant was ordered to pay 5s per week. Tatana te Whataupoko v. Hohepa lfiini. Defendant was charged with wilful damage to a fence at Porotawhao ob the 16th October last. The Magistrate decided that he had no jurisdiction to try the case owing to a question of title being involved.
