DEFINITION OF A HACK.— Hacks shall mean horses that have never won an advertised stake exceeding the net sum or value of 40 10T8. at time of start (hack and hunter races excepted.) In all nomination?, description, age and pedigree of horses must be ?iven, together with the colours oj the rider. The Comnaittee reserve the right to alter any of the above dates.
