ISews from Abyssinia states that General Daratieri is endeavouring to crush the rising which Mangascia is at the hr>ad of before King Menelck effects a junction with him. Italy will probably annex the whole of the Tigre territory, which lies in ihe extreme north of Abyssinia, abutting upon the Italian settlements of Erythrea. The ultimatum sent by the British Admiral led to the execution of eight of those concerned in the j Kuchi ng massacre, and the issue of instructions that in future the local authority and the Consuls may order the execution of those guilty of murder without reference to the Viceroy. A report is published here that Russia is massing troops on the frontier of the Caucasus ready to march upon Armenia if the British fleet appears in the Bosphorus. !
